Mina and Rico – Adoptable Dogs from Puerto Rico

Mina and Rico – Adoptable Dogs from Puerto Rico

Mina and Rico were rescued from Puerto Rico after Mina had been hit by a car and then attacked by dogs. Rico was spotted by rescuers, but would not go to them when they called. The rescuers realized he was leading them somewhere, so they followed him and sure enough, they found his mom Mina, barely hanging on. They were both rushed to the vet and flown to specialists to receive treatment. Rico is a hero! He saved his mom’s life! Good boy! They are available for adoption through Rescue Dogs Rock, Inc.

Kali the Adoptable Pup

Kali the Adoptable Pup

We met this beautiful girl Kali down at Chaffinch Island Park in Guilford CT. She is the new foster pup of our friend Linda who fosters each summer. We were told Kali was a very shy girl and she wasn’t very fond of men, so we decided to put on our longer lenses so we (John) didn’t make her uncomfortable. After a few minutes with us, though, she actually did settle down and seemed a lot more at ease around John – even went on a short leash walk with him. After the session, Linda told us she posted Kali’s flyer at a local coffee shop, and someone wanted to meet her! She was adopted right away, yay! We love being able to help a pup find their forever home!

Molly the Adoptable Pup

Molly the Adoptable Pup

Our friend Linda signs-on to foster at least one pup each summer. She is a teacher and has summers off, so it allows her time to socialize a them, and get to know what type of family would be best for them. This day, we met Molly! Molly is a super sweet little “mutt” with the cutest pointiest ears! She has great manners, and would make a lucky family very happy! Shortly after this photo session, she was adopted! Yay! We love being able to give back and help a deserving pup find their forever home. Molly the Mutt Molly the Mutt Molly the Mutt

Toby the Adoptable Pup

Meet Toby the rescue pup! Our friend Linda asked us if we could do a special session for her new foster-pup, Toby, and of course – how could we refuse! Look at his sweet face! Shortly after Toby’s photos were shared, he was adopted! We are always so happy when we could give back and help an animal find their forever home!
